How to Download Audio of the Class

If you’d like to listen to your weekly class instead of watching it (I recommend that you go for a walk while listening, and get a little happiness boost from the exercise!) we provide you with the audio version of each class.

Audio players vary depending on which browser you’re using.
Browsers, like Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer 8 will play MP3 audio files. If the audio files fail to play on your computer, you may need to upgrade your browser. If you still can’t play the file, the problem is likely to be the way sound files are played on your computer. Therefore we recommend you use the download option instead.

To download:
Downloaded audio segments can be played by music applications and devices that support the MP3 format. Sample music applications are iTunes and Windows Media Player.

On a PC – RIGHT CLICK on “Click Here” and choose “Save Link As.”
Store the audio files in a location where you can easily find them.
Note: A regular click applied to the Download links will yield unpredictable results.

On a Mac
Google Chrome: Right click (or hold “Control” & click) on the link that says “Click here”  store the audio files in a location where you can easily find them, then drag and drop into iTunes.
Mozilla Firefox : Right click (or hold “Control” & click) on the link that says “Click here“. From the drop down menu, click on “Save Link As…”, store the audio files in a location where you can easily find them. Then drag and drop the file into your iTunes Library.
Safari: Right click (or hold “Control” & click) on the link that says “Click here“. From the drop down menu, select “Open with iTunes” to listen, or select “Download Linked File…”  to download. The file would automatically be saved to your Download folder. Then drag and drop the file into your iTunes Library.
