Class and Coaching Testimonials
“I just wanted to say that I have been enjoying my parent coaching with Zin. There is nothing more I want than to be closer, and especially enjoy, my children. OMG, it’s happening! What a journey! If you get a chance, take some time to talk to Zin about parenting… it will literally change things for you and your family.” — Robin, mother of 2
“Since starting the Raising Happiness Home Study, and joining a discussion group led by Tamazin Heher, I have to say that I am on the path of transforming my life, and the life of my family. Zin checks in with us at the beginning of the week reminding us of the topic we will be discussing as well as questions for us to think about throughout the week during our practice. I really look forward to our weekly discussion group, and consider it one of the bright spots of my week. Zin is wonderful at having us further examine what we might have observed and experienced during our week and for offering suggestions to how we may investigate further any challenges we are struggling with. A big thank you to Zin for raising the happiness quotient in my life!” — Claire-Marie, mother of 2
“This is the group I’ve always wanted to join! I find we can all be so helpful to each other when we listen and share our lives and day to day experiences. This happiness group does not overwhelm me but provides practices and fun homework where I can laugh at myself when there’s a problem at home. This is the wave of our future! I find that traditional therapy needs to make room for this wonderful way of helping ourselves! There’s no guilt involved!” — Laura, mother of 2
“The Raising Happiness home study courses have done such positive things for me and my family. What I am also finding just as beneficial is the weekly discussion group I am part of coached by Zin Heher. We are able to have open discussions based upon Christine’s classes within the group. Zin is able to provide thoughtful questions and suggestions related to each topic and to any specific challenges we may be having. This group and courses are one of the bright spots of my week!” — Jen, mother of 3
“Happiness is a learned skill and skills take practice so by joining a discussion group I am encouraged to take my learning to the next level…application in my relationships and modeling for my kids”. — Michelle, Mother of 2
“I watched Christine’s first video and was so inspired that I started taking action on changing the parts of my life that were wearing me down. I could not believe the improvement I saw in my family and myself within one day. Our family dynamic became so positive and enjoyable within a week! We are all happier and more relaxed. My favorite part of the program is my discussion group led by Tamazin Heher. I feel understood and motivated by sharing my thoughts and hearing the successes of others.
It is truly a Bright Spot in my week.” — Natalie, mother of 3
